Set Rentals

Policy Information

Any alterations must be approved by Lincoln Park and are subject to a forfeit of a portion of the deposit for any changes made without approval.

The truck rental fee is at the responsibility of the renter. This is an additional cost to the base rental fee. Lincoln Park’s preferred shipping company for transporting our sets is Clark Transfer.

The Royalty Fee must be paid directly to designer. The name, due date, and address for the check can be found in your contract in the payment section on the first page.

In addition to the rental fee, Lincoln Park requires all Lessees to provide a certificate of insurance to cover the full replacement value of the Physical Production from the time of shipment through the entire period in which the rented items are in the possession of the Lessee. The certificate must be received before the set can ship. Lessee also will need to add Lincoln Park as a named insured entity on Lessee’s liability policy. Proof of said addition in the amount specified in your contract must be received by Lincoln Park before Lessee can take possession of the Physical Production.

A Technical Director is available to come from Lincoln Park with the show for an additional fee to assist in the load in of your set. This will be a separate contract that will cover their fee, travel, and per diem.
